FIELD SERVICES

The Ref-Chem Field Services Group was founded in 1999 to service the oil fields of West Texas. The office is in Brownfield, Texas near Lubbock. The workload expanded to several plants in West Texas and New Mexico providing full range maintenance services including roustabouts, pumpers, rig welders, and mechanics. The staff includes experienced managers, trained supervision, certified safety personnel, and assessed craftsmen to support operating facilities. Maintenance and capital projects are the mainstays of the business as the customer base continues to expand.

Flexibility to the customer requests is required because the time of day, time of week, locations, etc. vary due to the remote sites and schedules occasionally encountered.

Safety is the top priority of the group, customer satisfaction is the key to continued success. Customized contracts and alliances to meet customer needs are critical as well as responsiveness to customer requests and dedication to continuous improvement.
